As someone who would like to collaborate with other writers, I would like to openly request for people to make a kind of group devoted to it.

As a general rule of thumb, just don't sabotage other people's work.

If it's fan fiction set in the Elite/Frontier universe then here - https://forums.frontier.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=31 is the place to be. Some is good, some is awful Usually my bits fall into the latter.

If it's more general, then this is the place to be. I'm not too sure what you mean by a 'group' though.

Well, a rag tag group of writers essentially working to revise each other's works through google docs or the like
