Wrong security services

I thought this was fixed in beta?

Just dropped into a resource extraction site, saw a green ship (I'm only allied with the empire.)

It was a fed security ship. It shouldn't have been friendly to me, I'm neutral with them, and why was a fed security ship in an Imperial system anyway?!

Seems like a treaty breach or two to me!

They must have been a member of a faction you are friendly with. System authority vessels are usually members of smaller factions too.

Maybe it was a jolly, friendly sort of policeman, they are not all humourless law-robots. Or maybe it was a trap...

But it said 'federal security service' in the panel and this was an Imperial system. I'm friendly with a lot of Imperial factions and a couple of independent ones. This doesn't explain why a federal ship was patrolling an Imperial resource extraction area and showing up as friendly to me.

I'm sure the name was wrong - remember in beta there were Feds in anarchy resource extraction systems. This was deemed a bug... Seems like this is too.
