Okinura system; Fisher Terminal, and the others. It's Federation, Zachary Hudson Exploited System, Earth Defiance Fleet and never been Empire. but in the background picture, there is the Empire's symbol. It should be the Federations symbol. I guess someone wasn't watching...

Every single Federation system I've visited so far has been proudly flying the Imperial eagle. I'm just going to headcannonretcon that the eagle always was the Federation symbol.
