Wrongful death settlements paid by InGen

I just remembered that a few death settlements paid by InGen were mentioned in a deleted scene from TLW:
Family of Donald Gennaro - 36.5 million
Family of John Arnold - 23 million
Family of Robert Muldoon - 12.6 million

I have lost a few guests. It wasn't enough to harm me financially. Though I could always start a park up and let the Dinosaurs run lose.

Finding out that Nedry was responsible would probably lead to that.

For Arnold, Ray might be a middle name with a shared first name in his immediate family. I tend to use my middle name unless I have to since I have the same first name as my father and grandfather...dad does the same thing...

Hmmm.....

Gennaro had the biggest payout so either getting eaten by a T-Rex is better for the case or his lawyer was better at the job than him :D

I only lost a few guests on Matanceros when my Deinonychus' decided to break out... So had the money. Wish I could have seen Arnold's death scene haha

I had a particularly nasty Rex I went back and placed on Matanceros. Intentionally let him get agitated and he broke out. Smashed through the light fences into my herbivore exhibit. Seemed like a chance to watch how it played out so I delayed the ACU response. He left that paddock and ate a handful of guests before tearing into the raptor paddock. He was definitely on a rampage. Ate many guests before I decided to put him back. Plus the raptors ate a few. Once all dinosaurs were contained, I had racked up some high death penalties but I never really noticed. Should be more punishment. Like mandatory shutdowns of the Park or something. But the mirderous Rex had an increase in rating for being infamous so that’s a nice touch.

This. Much higher settlements and park closure if you lose too many guests too quickly. That would be amazing and do a lot to fix my economy problem.

Imagine a mission carried out by lawyers and insurance guys, much like the plot of the original novel/film. Not sure how it could be worked, but could be interesting. I’m hoping they add sandbox options of limited finances. That’d be swell.

That could be interesting, have a lawyer come in to check the status of your park, the bigger the attractions the better (If said lawyer should die... mission failed of course ;))
