OKAY...
I don't buy ship skins. Maybe 2 in the last 5 years or so.
This evening though, having ingested a 12 pack of guiness, it became necessary for me, having perused and become entirely disatisfied with the stock Krait Mk2 skin, to look and see what was available for what has become my favorite ship for combat.
I chose the White Apollo which showed a white ship with black striping. I liked it - cool color scheme. Though a bit stupid to use anywhere but Ice rings, Then agin - having imbided a 12 pack of giuness stout - I really didnt't give a scheise!
Anyway when I loaded it into the game what to my surprise did I discover? What? That there was also blue striping in the color scheme.
If the preview had shown this I wouldn't have bought it - then again since I bought the pack - well.
Ahhh... 3 bucks. Chicken feed. One wonders if that is exactly what FD is counting on????
Never mind. Not worth making an issue out of it.
Still works in ice rings I suppose.
Are players and/or NPC's fooled by camoflage?
