18 jumps to get here isn't such a big deal, but geez - can you put out a Galnet news flash or something when you do this sort of thing.

Yes, I logged in and out. Full restart. I have a very fast connection and am in a major US city.

It is in lock down. When you go to galaxy map to set your course, while your mouse pointer is hovering over the star and the pop-up window comes up, it says whatever state it is in.

Lock down cuts off a bunch of services, including mission and passenger boards.

Edit: Not sure how you got to the mission board though, unless you were turning one in.

Just clicked on the mission board. Both planetary bases same screen. Commodities and outfitting a locked off but not missions. Seems like they could have data, or missions related to changing the state. I sincerely hope everything isn't shut off because of the meta-alloy transport missions.

I did a meta-alloy transport out of Darnielle's about 2 hours ago.

Lock downs are caused by player criminal activity, it has nothing to do with meta alloys.
