Searched as best as I could- No results for my particular problem. Hoping to find some wiz-kids here who can help.
I know there are a lot of you who are shaking your heads (or your fists) at this post since the X-55 has seen a lot of negativity, but I really like the system. I wasn't sure I wanted to drop $200 on something I didn't like so I bought them separately from eBay. Got the throttle first, installed and configured the HUD software- everything was going great paired with my old Cyborg F.L.Y. 5.
Couple days later I order the stick- lets make this thing legit-. Stick comes in and it is great. Insert screw up I had a brainfart and plugged the stick in without installing more drivers etc (didn't go back to step 1) and now the HUD software refuses to launch.

So I uninstalled drivers for both peripherals and the HUD program itself. Restart. Install fresh from square 1. Profiler launches, windows is recognizing the HOTAS, drivers installed (I believe) properly... I click on the HUD software exe and get a split second spinnie-wheel and then nothing. Nothing in Task Manager, no tray icon, no nothing. Run as admin... Nothing. For the life of me, I can't get the HUD software to launch. Can't figure it out either.
Wizards, I call upon thee, in this dark hour, to help me. The vast reaches of space await the heart warming heat of my thrusters, yet I have been besieged by my own stupidity and the evil Saitek.
TL/DR: Installed throttle and stick separately, now I can't get the HUD software to launch.
