X52 Rotary Controls

Hello, I would like to have my X52 rotary control allow for flicking through sub-targets on my targets. Unfortunately I've only been able to get it to change sub-targets once per revolution rather than constantly as i move the dial. Any ideas on how to get this to work?

You can certainly set it up, use any rotary to + or - the subtarget list. I used to use the rear throttle mousewheel for this all the time, except somehow Elite broke bindings at release 1.0, and no matter what I do I cannot bind it back :(

The rotary on the back of the throttle is different from the other 2, it's considered a mouse wheel and acts as such. The other rotaries have a maximum and minimum position, much like the slider on the throttle, and are considered buttons. The only use I've been able to find for them is for controls that can be set to from a toggle position to a hold position, eg headlook, cargo scoop.

As people have said the wheel on the back of the throttle acts like a mouse wheel and I have mine setup for subsystem targeting.

The two large rotary controls on the top and front of the throttle are basically joystick axes and you can map them to anything that a joystick can be mapped to. I have them mapped to the lateral thrusters but rarely use them as in most cases the hat on the back of the throttle is much easier to use for that.

I'm using the throttles 'mouse wheel' because who needs to zoom in or out on the radar. Still a little silly that i have two axis's (?) that i can't use for nought but toggling. (Which incidentally is what i'm using the toggles on the joystick for. :p )
