[XB1] Stuck in loading screen, can't play

Help please, I downloaded the 5GB needed to play as well as my 2 preorder updates (skins and deluxe) but when I launch the game I get a brief screen with a T-Rex picture before permanently getting stuck in a black screen with white letters telling me a bunch of copyright info among other things. I restarted the game several times and even tried several hard resets of my console itself with no luck....


Any help would be appreciated.

Well, it seem I was able to resolve this by reinstalling the game. Moderators or whoever can close this now if they want.

Try uninstalling & downloading again. If no joy contact support they should get you sorted.
