[Xbox One Early Access] this game is so broken

Trying to meet up with a friend is nearly impossible.
It crashes way too much!
Wings doesn't work now.
I can't believe Frontier puts out CQC without fixing these issues! I'm so fed up with trying to play with friends its a joke.
I'm very very annoyed right now.

I'm totally with you, welcome to elite Dangerous where everything is broken but the game always expand with new broken features

If it's frequently crashing it could be on your end. Maybe submit a support ticket if you think it's an issue with the game itself.

Xbox? Its early release. Yes, there will be bugs. Perhaps you should just come back when it is finished.

I agree with Chann3l, I've never ever had an issue like you say. The only time I experience down time is during official updates and maintenance

OP - so you're saying that a preview of a game (i.e. one that is not ready to be released yet) has some bugs in it? What are the odds?

Hardware: Xbox One with 3 Terabyte External Hard drive game installation.
All my friends I've played with have the same issues I have and not only with me.

I've never ever played any beta game that has crashed this much or had difficulty joining with friends.
Betas need to be fixed before new content is added. It's pathetic that CQC was released with no issues being corrected.
The latest bug that ticked me off is my reticle is missing that would show hat I'm locked onto a planet star or system.

Also, I shouldn't have to give out crash data when it should simply be automatically forwarded to Frontier upon crashing.

I loved this game and am now beginning to hate it.
Multiplayer is worthless.
Single player is playable as long as it doesn't crash and are no Bugs...

It's early access. It is going to have bugs and cqc isn't just for you xbox players. They have multiple departments. The people working on cqc aren't the same people fixing bugs. Submit a ticket and the play something else until it is fixed.

Stick with it. It will get better - and then it will get wonderful.

When I bought in to Beta, I knew that I was there to blunder into bugs and report them as best I could.
Sometimes bugs get fixed and that makes other bugs - so it can seem to get worse before it gets better.

Sometimes I'd stick to places or activities (like the single player wombat draining) that I knew were going to work just so I could play the game for more than 30 minutes without it crashing.
Last night I played from 8pm til 5am - again.

If you are running a GTX 970, you will have to download Precision X so you can "downclock" your video card by about -50. I have to have that program run like that all the time in the background while playing Elite Dangerous, or the game constantly crashes... and cause me to have to reboot my PC.

But with the Program running in the background, it fixes the issue. It might actually be a design flaw for GTX 970s, but easily fixed with that tool.
