XBox One Graphics Issue

I am experiencing a really annoying issue with my game on Xbox One, im at 65% on the built counter but after i passed 50% my graphics started getting worse to the point now shop signs are unreadable, plants look like a blurry mess and when riding in first person my park just looks like im playing on a PS2!!! Please fix this graphics issue thankyou
