Xbox sale ?

Is there a sale due on Xbox gold for this game? I bought it in the sales a while ago but a few friends who are also tight are thinking to get the game so I was wondering is there any news of upcoming sales

That sale was only for Horizons Extra Edition. Expansion and 1500 Frontier Credits only. Didn't include game.

A sale may be almost* guaranteed, but not EVERYTHING will be on sale. Murphy's Law says whatever is on sale will be something you either have or don't want.

*edit---scratch that; since SOMETHING is on sale every day, it IS guaranteed

I am really liking how the XBox store has lately seemed to be going out of their way to undercut Steam on the same games when it comes to their sales. I pretty much never bought anything via it back on the 360, but when I can pick up games cheaper than a second hand copy most of the time thanks to frequent sales on XBox One...
