Xbox server status?

I haven’t been able to login since the update. I get hit with an error saying “cannot connect to authentication servers” and I cannot submit a help ticket as it requires and ID number that can only be seen at the main menu. This number I cannot access since I can’t even reach the main menu.

There is a work around.
go ahead and try to login, let it time out and give you the error. Then Immediately try to login Again. Seems to work every time
