xbox unplayable on square maps

All maps and especially square maps are suffering from the new update even after the fix
Huge fps drops and constant game crashes are creating an utterly horrible experience on the newly added maps
Precisamos urgentemente de uma correção ou ficaremos sem novos mapas.

Edit: Only square maps are crashing, just with few or no buildings they are crashing already, they just can't be played

Is this on XB1 or Series consoles. I'm playing on Series X, currently building on the Sierra Nevada square map with at the time of typing this 27 species comprising a total of 134 animals in 7 seperate paddocks and have suffered to now no FPS or crash issues.
I play on xcloud servers, if it was a problem on the server itself then yes it's a Microsoft problem but it's not, apparently there's been some instability going on since the last update the problem may only be on the servers but many still complain about xbox instability (xcloud servers are basically xbox servers so it makes sense)

Hey Lucas Hammond! Could you please let us know if this issue still persists?
I have a park before the fix update
on the square map of nublar 1993 that you can't play because the game crashes and closes (even with the patch update)
I'm creating a new post-update map (cloud square map from 1993) and apparently it still has small drops and sometimes big fps drops (no dinosaurs, just vegetation and buildings)

As soon as I finish building the park, I'll come back with more information, but I'm afraid that when I finish building and start placing the dinosaurs, the game crashes again and closes

I build on my park forward on california square map on Xbox Series X....now i'm on a point, where the game have MASSIVE LAGS FOR SECONDS!! They come every 10 seconds. Between this lags, there are FPS drops constanly. The map is half build and the MASSIVE drops came with the first Lagoon i've build. I think lagoons take much power of the console.

I will post a big post with pictures in the next days

Just to add my own experience of the Taiga biome square map. I have completed the build of my park and about 3/4's of the way through started to suffer fps freezes, animals would not move or update their territories and guests would stop moving. However I think this is due to hitting the performance limits of the Xbox Series X as I had well over 400 animals within the park. I think there is a point where, with the quantity of animals in the park with their various animations and behavioural routines the hardware simply hits it's limits. I do not know if it is the CPU or GPU limits that are being hit. These are only my observations and I am certainly no expert in the hardware field and I could very well be wrong. I shall update this post with precise animal numbers when I return home after working away this week.

Edit: Follow up with precise numbers in park mentioned above. There are a total of 526 animals in the park utilising all 106 current species.

I've made the experience, if you load the park again, than the massive lags and drops are gone. However if you go the the deco Menu, all over trees and set some of them, I think the actually game gets more and more lags and drops. If load the game again, than it works again.

I made a biosyn artificial forest on Nublar's square map and the game started crashing and closing
As soon as I removed the forest the game returned to normal but I only put decoration trees from the biome itself and the game returned to having constant fps drops and then closing
Maybe the game is crashing because of all the plant decorations because I did the test with the jp era decorative bathroom and my xbox almost exploded ksksksksk

Sadly, I think that 500+ animals is probably exceeding the hardware capabilities for most modern gaming systems, unless maybe you truly have the most bleeding edge gaming PC built.

as soon as i started decorating the park the game closed again and crashed constantly
Prior to the update that fixed the bug with the Cinematic Camera mode hogging frames, people noticed that decorative foliage and goat feeders also seem to add to lag. They noticed that removing these would increase the frame rate again. I wouldn't be surprised if these might causing crashing. People have also said that lagoons also add to lag, which isn't surprising, considering how many new game mechanics are introduced with lagoons.

@Lucas Hammond, you have the best 1st name in the world (I have the same name🤣)

I noticed the Portuguese; are you Brazilian or Portuguese?

About the maps issue: has this been fixed? My game has never ever crashed, despite what many have said, and I play on Xbox One. I do notice that the flat maps seem to lag a little bit compared to regular maps...
For example, on the original Isla Nublar 2015, I filled up the map with thick forests and about 15 large enclosures with multiple species each, the it started to lag a little when I'd go through the forested areas. But, on a square Europe map with much less trees and dinosaurs, it lagged the same amount (not game breaking, just a little slow)

Yes, I'm Brazilian, so I'm Portuguese kkkk

On square maps the error of crashing and closing the game still occurs and VERY FREQUENTLY

I play on xcloud on xbox one (xcloud allows me to have multiple species and all structures) and all my parks on square maps are crashing and closing

I thought it had something to do with the size of the parks but I only missed another small park at NUBLAR
map because this time the map simply does not open and the game crashes

this is becoming a frustrating experience because 5 maps were lost because of this error

Weird. I have Xbox series x and haven't had any issues. When the update 1st came out there was some lag... but after they added more trees in the fix update everything has been fine. But I've only used the nublar square map and not the others

I don't know too much about Xbox tech, but I suspect that Xbox Cloud Gaming might be an issue since 1. It's still in beta. 2. It's not physically existent hardware. You might still actually be running on old Xbox hardware, which would limit your tech / gaming abilities.
