Xeno-peace vs players, what is their excuse now?

Through out the years, xeno sites have always been plagued by dumb human who think killing commanders and protecting the thargoids was a good use of their time.
Xeno-Tourists like myself who aren’t combat orientated and have kitted out our ships for human vs xeno scuffles, are sort of fish in a barrel to these far god cult…ists

Their missions has failed, thanks to azimuth enraging the thargoids, and the latest attempt to broker peace has failed.

I assume the defenders of the thargoids will continue in their persistent attack of their fellow commanders out of pure spite regardless of the logical dictation of how the events have played out, informing them that their only logical choice is now protecting and siding with their fellow commanders.

When i was following the story, it felt silly to even consider peace when we can't even communicate with them. And even when you can communicate, peace could be hard to achieve.
I would expect more terrorist attacks by this peace loving nutcases, and sabotages during key points in the war, but excited for the war escalation.
I am not holding my breath for Frontier to add new type of space combat, revolving around this development, which is great shame, as they could have combined Space and Ground and create new Battlefield.

Well it ironic to expect human combat when you go into a xeno nest site to learn to git Gud against the thargoids, not humans.

I fly in open for 99% of the time, including CG’s where I am usually I’m kitted out against humans, and I don’t have much to worry about. I’ve made a habit of toying with pvp’ers. The rare times they do actually get me, well that’s on me, because I had not prepared myself enough, and thought I could slide on by.

And yes, I’ll drop into solo, or mobius, because that what “they are there for”, but I hate being bullied out of my playground.

I just find it childish and insulting to be told “git gud” because you have already gotten good.
I’ve proven this
From all the days and weeks grinding for good ships, modules engineered blueprints, at toying with pvp’ers.

Im not a combat pilot, but the ships I usually pilot are good at fleeing.

But none of that means nothing if you can’t use them, because your ship setup is biased for thargoids.

Your are automatically at a DISADVANTAGE leaving the player invariably vulnerable to human weaponry.

But the painfully thin explanation of quelling thargoid aggression is now upsurped.

And from a lore point, ehhh, "you failed to prevent war because we helped Azimuth, now you have to join with us instead of continuing to try and stop us" isn't that convincing.
Also the Far God Cult (True Chapters branch) holds that the destruction of all humanity except them by the Thargoids is a good thing and should be encouraged.

I don't get all this "asking people who are shooting at you for a backstory" stuff anyway - who has time for that in a fight? Reading through the ten pages of notes distracts from getting out of there, and everyone who's been playing Elite more than a few months has hundreds of families, factions, etc. who might pay for revenge from all the NPCs they've shot. If the motivation of your attacker is important to you, assume it's payback from that pirate you blew up two months ago ... if it's not and you just don't want to be shot at for any reason, don't frame the discussion around their motivations in the first place.

But why can’t they avoid playing with me instead ;)
Block them and you can still see some other players in Open, if that's what you want.

Of course, I block them, but there are apparently more of them than there are of me ;)
Anyhow, we shall see the shape of the galaxy after tomorrow. If they have legacy version to preserve fond memories, things could get "interesting".
