Stay away from Xihe if you're in a large ship. Someone in a small ship there is repeatedly ramming large ships that exceed 100 m/s to get the station to blow them up. Unless you want to watch your speed VERY carefully the entire time it's really not worth getting trolled.

It's probably the same guy I had some fun with a while back. He lives for this sort of thing.

I suggest using a low ranked alt if you have one. Go there in a well shielded cheap ship like an Asp Explorer and move toward the slot slowly. Once you see him, stop and enjoy watching him suicide against your shields repeatedly. It can be entertaining. You can also play round with him by using your vertical and lateral thusters so he misses you over and over.
