Yarden Bond not referred? Just confirming, also any others bugged?

Just turned in the surveillance stuff to Hero and did not get a referral for Yarden Bond. Also, that box is not checked as if I didn't do it yet.

Is this one bugged? Will we get credit for the turn-in once it is working?

Are any other engineers bugged for referral turn-ins? Don't want to lose Settlement Defense Plans for example.

It's not Hero, it's Kit Fowler who needs the 5 Surveillance Equipment.
