YAWA System - were too for good ship upgrades?

Ive been knocking around the Yawa & other systems trading closeby for awhile now but I cant seem to find a good port that does upgades for vipers?

Id like C minimal or B and class 3??

Ive managed to get the odd class C but im lacking in a few areas?

does anyone know of any good outfitters nearby?

Just look for a high tech system nearby via the Galaxy map. The higher the population the more likely they carry everything.
