Yellow/gold "Sulphur" moon in system = no biologicals?

I have a hypothesis.

I couldn't find an answer through the search function.

Is someone able to disprove my ever strengthening suspicion?

In my limited experience of discovering biological sites, I've never found one when a yellow Sulphur moon is also present somewhere in the same system.

I've got to the point now where as soon as I see that harbinger object, I feel like just moving on without completing the FSS. I don't, of course, because I'm a stubborn individual. Is it just my imagination? I have no idea how one might go about proving or disproving my hunch.

I checked and the very 1st example turned out to invalidate your theory (if I understood you correctly) :
