Yellow paint is missing after relogging in space

One time my T-10 was yellow painted, I logged off in space, logged in again after few hours, and the ship had the basic painting again, is it a bug?

Also I think I did not see today the option to paint my both planetary vehicle in Livery, paintings not visible, just the logos & covas.
