Nope, resources are still being collected. Head to HIP 101110, that's where it will be built if the goal is reached. A really stunning system.

Interesting. I thought they were going to build it in Yembo then move it to HIP 101110 with attached FS drives. Anyone have a screenshot of the building site (for the rest of us not taking part in the goal)?

It's not there yet. I suspect when the goal finishes today the superstructure will appear near Naddoddur Terminal. It seems that the next goal will last while the superstructure is built. The phases after that will be in the destination system (HIP 101110). They will be much harder: either mining or long haul shipping will be required, it seems.
