Yet another notion of materials storage

1: Give each type of material and data a maximum. 50, or 100, or something. Collect all you like, anything past that limit is void. SRV scoop picks up ALL fragments, and either ignores or voids anything that would break the limit. Belt mining will never back up, all excess iron/nickel/whatever is just voided.

2: Have a pool of 1000 general-purpose space for materials, and 500 for data. All the materials/data have a "remove limit" button on the cargo window, and when that is active, they go past the regular limit, using the extra space. That WILL require some manual management. Or just a larger limit? Whatever.

This way, you can just collect whatever, and do it whenever. And someone who wants to collect a LOT of certain types for large roll sessions can still do that, even more easily than now. Both functions require less micro-management of a list.

Micro-managing a list is not fun.
