Yet another Powerplay bug, unable to deliver power goods for weekly.

System to deliver power goods to: Amitrimpanu

Issue: When going to deliver goods it is out-of-range, Amitrimpanu is 25.76LY and I remember reading the range needs to be 20LY.
What am I doing wrong? Am I just screwed and my weekly is bugged?

Yes, 20 Ly for Fortified. Nothing you can do.
