I can't see how you manage the power use of this setup..?
Even with Cargo Hatch, 1 Chaff, FSD, SCB (2A), Scoop and interdictor disabled you have 103% power used

Like i said, active power management. SCB off until I need them, hardpoints and few other modules off when i want to use SCB. it all works perfectly.

To be honest, one SCB on a vulture's shields is just not enough. It barely brings one shield circle back. You need two at least. I pack 3x SCB on my courier, it brings almost 100% shileds back, and I have over 500MJ of shields on that bad boy :cool: just like on vulture

Ok thanks. Never tried with retracting hardpoints to use SCB.
Do you have to wait with powering on hardpoints till the SCB has fired?
I'm a bit scared about manipulating in modules while in fight, but its worth a try

No, actually, your hardpoints are out (deployed) but not working so you don't have to wait on them. Only time you have to wait is when firing SCB. I like to move away from my target, fire SCB, than chase them again.

My advice is Try this loadout on NPCs before moving to PvP
