Engineers Yoru invitation for Nemo?

Worked my way up to friendly status with the party of yoru.
Been checking for the invitation at danforth prospect many times now. Tried mode switching, leaving the system doing more missions, waiting hours then coming back, but still no invitation. Where do I need to go to get it?

I am actually there at the moment. Just got "friendly" status. hopefully the invitation shows up soon :)

EDIT: I hope we don't need to be "allied"... :-/

...or do you need to run 2.1 to get the invite?
I am currently running 1.6 since my current machine crashes with 2.1...

Grumble.

Also currently doing this. I'm a third of the way into Friendly and I still have no mission spawn to unlock Nemo.

Please update this thread if you eventually get it.

Since they are the controlling faction, simply fly to the high res, kill about 2M worth of vouchers, and that should get you to allied status really quick. Wish I could do the same with Sirius.

D'oh! I did not think about that! :p
At least i had fun doing courier missions...not...

Oh well, I just need a quick bounty hunting session to go from friendly to allied then. :)

I'm currently Allied with the Party of Yoru and no missions for Nemo are spawning.

I'll be putting a bug report in shortly.

No problem last night, I became friendly with the Party of Yoru, and with an instance switch this invitation popped up. That was with 2.1 though. 1.6 should not contain Engineers, so it could be WAD.

Thanks for that insight, I also got nothing from Danforth, had to switch ships to try Caidan, again nothing, after what you just said I popped over to Manning Base and there it was.

Redan, I went to Manning Base and the mission was there top of the list, I took it (A simple Data delivery) and received the invite within moments of completion as usual.

Took a long trip back to switch out to a medium ship. Found the mission at manning base but it required allied status. Thankfully, after a mode switch i got another one for friendly status.
Seems unfair for large ships to require going to an outpost to get the invitation.

Yep I am stuck in my trade ship so I cannot get the invite .... guess ill go play something else till all this garbage is fixed

Sorry to bump the thread, but I was wondering - how many missions did it take you guys to get from Neutral to Cordial with this faction?

I've done at least 10 mission today for Party of Yoru and I'm still neutral.
