Why would I give this game free advertising when FDev doesn't care for us console users?
Because your not an unsocial isolist cave man who lives 6000 miles from the nearest other human and gets feed up of getting messages saying...

"Are you going online...".
"can you play COD"
Now its visible instantly... that instead of forgetting you have a game running...

PlayStation integration with Discord is something I've been looking forward to for ages. I hope this is the first of many integrations. It'd be great to organise the PS section of our Squadron using Discord natively on the PS5
Yea the longer it takes, the more worry that it might go PS5 only for a text Chat native system...
Same way lazy Apple music went PS5 only back ground app...
Even when Spotify showed both console usage..
The shortage of PS5 units and the massive increase in PS4 sales over PS5 due to shortage of PS5 parts shows what a smeg up PS5 only support would be now... So really hoping that the PS4 sales show what a screw up PS5 only support services are...

Is that your screenshot? 219 hours on Truck Driver? Is it any good? (do you have experience of ETS2 to compare it with?)

I don't own a steering wheel and will never get one for PS4 or PS5. Over priced crap they are...
ETS tried to be a sim so ill never play it...
Truck driver is not even trying to be sim and uses the broken unity 3d 2017 engine, so will never be sim level or high Quailty as unity 17 was garbage for mobiles. (it was upgraded to unity 19 but the myth you can move unity builds with out issues is a massive myth there were tons.)
Its fine for what I wanted... Go from point A to point B to point C.
Drive fetch missions in a EU cab over engine tractor unit moving HGV class 1 trailers for the employers who hate mega corp Truck companies who have smegged them over time and again. So will give a small freelancer a go in their town...
Ive done plenty of youtube video with custom music sound tracks. lol...
PS5 not supported only PS4 Build... PS5 is planned but delayed due to building new map DLC issues...

I'd be ok with a notification of what I'm currently playing (maybe). How many hours? No. Unnecessary, immaterial. We're talking about advertising this to friends / co-players / Discord friends; a group who likely know a little about what you play & your level of experience.
"Social?" Distance and location have little - if any - bearing on this anymore. Any time I play with others, they're never close to my location. That's life.

Discord will give away how long you play because it will display the game on your ID..
So It wont hide the play time you have been playing in that session ...
PSN allready features a TIMER on games but its hidden... with discord counting it will show that youve been on for a time on that single game..
But the console is now counting the time you play games any way as every year PSN allows you and those good with web site Urls to see your play time via yearly update ... So having discord display a single game time won't matter...
https://wrapup.playstation.com is allready tracking your play time so having discord track one game won't realy matter...

I’ve integrated mine, another thing to note - your PSN settings need to be lowered for the game you are playing to show up, these settings specifically:
Do note that on your PSN Privacy Settings, your “PSN Online Status” and “Now Playing” visibility must be set to “Anyone” in order for your status to be visible on Discord.

PS4 Pro not forgotten... Cobra MK4 not forgotten. Blah blah. PS4 Pro edition broken for years (Quality Mode). Cobra MK4... NPC's will rub your nose in it. Lol.
