Not sure I just downloaded going to try it out tonight but my Steam keys from FD had a Elite Dangerous and Elite Dangerous Horizons this just says Elite Dangerous although I have been out of the game the last month so something might have changed

Where at in the gear? settings, then what choice? Be specific please, I can't find it.

Gear - Settings - Redeem code copy your code from your Elite Dangerous account after you request it. In your account under Partner Keys request a key for Oculus ctrl C - ctrl V into the redeem code and download the game
