You can't play with epic game id?

im just start playing yesterday by using epic game. all good and all but now i try to play but it need me to login at launcher and also asking for verified and when i do it said please buy/redeem the game to continue? like what
i already have a game?????

Nah, I suspect they haven't linked their epic account with their frontier account.
