"You do not have access to Elite: Dangerous"

I bought this game a few days ago, Payed through Paypal. Both Paypal and the store said my order is complete, I've downloaded the launcher from "My downloadable products" I get as far as entering my verification code, after I enter the code the launcher tells me "You do not have access to Elite: Dangerous"

Tried turning my firewall off, I meet system specs, I have room on my hard drive, I've used my verification code and still dont have access to the game I dropped $64 on.

Anyone else have this problem or know a fix for this?

I've tried that, it's been unanswered for almost a week. Seems its not an uncommon problem for tickets to be overlooked, so I'm reaching out to the community.

The email is correct, thats a non-issue

You bought the game a few days ago. but your ticket is already almost a week old. something is not right.

You're screwed man, I've had the same problem and am going on week 2 of an unanswered ticket. Chances are you will never hear back and are in the same boat as me. Enjoy being robbed.

Depends on your definition of "a few" 5 Day old ticket is A FEW days old but its also, and correct me if I'm wrong, almost a week.

If you have nothing useful or constructive to say try saying nothing at all.

Also the community can't help you. I made a rage post yesterday and got a lot of suggestions that didn't work and were based off of pure speculation
