Looks like it was hit by an avalanche or mud slide.

did try roof top? it'll sometimes have air supply box you can arc cut with mav and reset atmosphere
In that case the large panel was on the back of the building and half buried under the snow to start with.
yea can see the problem, and no shovel either.
You'd think the arc cutter beam would be able to ... i dunno... maybe melt the snow?

On the next big update, would you be so kind as to include a small shovel in the backpack something that can collapse into a small object that can be carried easily, so that we can dig things out from under all the dirt sand or dust that you put things under that we need to get to?
