YOU select my destination!

There is so much to explore, that I have no idea where to start. I have a fully outfitted Adder that has a 25 Lightyear jump range. Now, I don't want anything too insane, like go around the entire galaxy, or go to Sagittarius A... not yet at least.

Post your destination(s) here, and I will put them up here. I will then make a poll, in which people will vote for the destination, highest vote obviously wins. I'll keep you updated, and, If I can, keep you guys posted of any interesting discoveries.

*Licks finger, sticks it up in the air*

Thataway!

If you don't want a looong trip, pick a nearby nebula.
Don't ask me which one that would be, as I'm lost right now.

Second star to the right, and straight on 'til morning.

Serious answer: My first trip was to Veil South (?) nebula. Only took 2 or 3 days iirc. My second trip was to Eta Carinae. That took a bit longer - week and a half or so.

True that,, however I did see some of your systems out that way. :) and on a personal note.. I love Ernest one of my fav all time actors.

Woohoo! Thanks -- I don't know how may people get the nick & avatar.

I was telling someone the other night on the Fuel Rats IRC chat that I had a unique path from Heart & Soul nebulae to 7822 and was "first discover"ing a lot. So that little part of the Milky Way has "The b0rg9 Trail".

Heart & Soul would be another choice for this thread -- although that'd be more than a weekend commitment if they were up for it.

Can advise bubble nebula and IC 1805 Sector DQ-Y E3 nebula both near each other. Perfect for a decent length trip whilst being possible to get there and back within about 9/10 hours gametime.

Barnard's Loop is quite scenic and you can take in several other nebulae on the way. The path is pretty well worn, but if you diverge a little from it you may find some unclaimed systems.

Im on my 2nd big trip out, the first after doing Sagi A. I decided to jump into a imperial clipper and head east and up a bit.

that's it. Just go where you want, I'm about 3k out going down the orion arm with no absolute idea where I'll end up....hehe

but I'm really enjoying it

PLAE FLEE WP-W C15-36

(he said after scrolling the map past the core and picking a random system, Erimus has probably been there...)

(then noticed you said Sag A* was too ambitious)

PLAA EURK XO-I D9-34

because why not? Looks to be M class, D9-36 has more of a G colour, it might have interesting planets. Go there.
