You should not be able to keep switching sides in conflict zones

There are commanders in conflict zones going on one side, then going near an ally commander and then switching sides to shoot them down while they are unaware. A commander I know named Mike Hunt (yes thats his name) kept doing this.

To fix this I suggest:
- no switching inside the conflict zone
- after leaving conflict zones you cannot go back and switch to opposing faction for 10-15 minutes.

TBH I think the whole choose sides thing is poor - always assumed it was just a beta placeholder thing.
You should not ever be considered neutral in a conflict zone. You should declare your side upon approach, and if you don't should be considered hostile by both sides.
Military vessels in don't just let sight-seers (with torpedoes) cruise around in the middle of battles.

Same here.

Fighting against a faction should net you a serious amount if neg rep and eprevent you from choosing that side until you improve your rep.

YES. It should be an additional requirement when trying to enter the instance. Speed, Distance and SIDE... now you can disengage.

The possible sides shouldn't change at all, so if you target a combat zone it should already know which sides are available and force you to select one before entering, and stick with it.

I always thought gaining rank/influence in one faction would make the other mad so you could only join one. It's sad that's it is not the case but such exploit as explained above are now possible.
