Hi all,

I know amongst us are some intrepid creators who stop at nothing to create some of the biggest and best Theme Parks known to mankind within our Rollercoaster Simulators. So, my question to you is:
-What's the biggest park you've ever made in RCT1/2/3?
-What's the coolest coaster you have ever made?
-How many guests have you gotten in your park at once?

And finally, can you post screenshots or videos of your beautiful creations here for us!

The reason I'm starting this thread is because the other day I found a backup save file of my beautiful RCT3 park that I thought had been lost for months! It's a monster park (I think the biggest dimensions it would allow you within the Scenario Editor), with about 6 Coasters, a Pool, Flat Rides galore, Transport rides, and a realistic car park/entrance. It took me days and days to create and I manage to get about 5000 guests in the park on RCT3 without any mods necessary (Which for those of you who know how Peeps work in RCT3 is quite a difficult task!). Unfortunately the size of the park and the amount of Peeps within does make even my monster gaming PC suffer (Unoptimized engine, you see!). But I'll get a few screenshots for you today :)

I have made a big themepark in rct2 onces by my Grandfather. It wasn't themed because we didn't know how we could place a wall on a wall but know we know. It was years ago when we made it. Probably it is gone. (We = Me and my brother)

I have made the ultimate park in RCT2, filled the largest size map, custom map with maximum size fence with 30-40+ coasters (many of them intertwining and/or racing, with locked loops etc) and of course rides, scenery objects to every inch, themed in districts and also in cute/colorful/rainbow happy way. I still have the save file but I can't open it as I had too many custom objects I haven't got anymore. :( I eventually found a site with custom objects but even with trying to get them all, there's missing. I WANT to open that park again as I did not even save screenshots. :(

I think I even made my own scenery objects which is gone, so it is extra fail! It was just recolors of existing objects, both ingame and downloaded, though. I remember lollipops being recolorable.. For example.

This is my best park in sandbox mode. I have made 1 coaster by myself. You can see it on the left side of the big slide. I have 3300 - 3500 peeps in my park :)

I made Alton Towers in 2005, took me a year, was followed quite well on a website called Towers Almanac, upon completion when I copied the files ready to release, the save corrupted and I lost it all, I was absolutely deverstated.

Sorry to hear about your loss Sawyer. It's always sad if you loose a huge period of work in a single day. I've lost my entire savegames folder of The Sims 2 once. [sad] That was a long time ago, and I recovered from that fortunately (did have to start from scratch).

My biggest was the full 254x254 grid built out into a "resort" called American Celebration with

Four theme parks
A waterpark
An 18 hole championship golf course
A shopping and entertainment district
Four resort hotels
Easy highway access
Expanded parking and convenient resort transportation

The game started crashing when I tried to add a second retail/dining complex so I'd say I maxed it out.
