Being able to change purchased paint jobs when ever you want.

One more thing, I would love to have controller vibration when we get hit, shoot, boost, etc...

This needs to auto-disable when not touching the gamepad controls, because when you have a pad constantly plugged in but not always using it and some game randomly decides to vibrate your desk to death is not acceptable.
