Your recommended hotkey-configuration?

I'm new to Elite, and would like to get in the habit of using efficient hotkeys as quickly as possible. I realize that efficient hotkey-configuration tends to be very subjective, but there's probably a few 'best practices' most people will agree on.

So far I'm using the default hotkeys, although I've also entered some custom speed hotkeys, as recommended by Fangrim's Guide to Supercruising. I'm finding them very useful.

Num0 = 0% speed
Num1 = 25% speed
Num2 = 50% speed
Num3 = 75% speed
Num5 = 100% speed
Num4 = -50% speed
Num6 = -100% speed

Do you have any hotkey config recommendations, and what do prefer you binding to extra mouse buttons?
