Your settings and performance in VR?

ok, so I wondered if I could get people to write down their system specs and settings, both in the link/wireless setup and their setup in ED.
(Reason is of course I would like to compare my performance to what others get).
Here's my stuff:
14700k / 4080 super / quest 3

Wireless: ~ 72 fps docked in station, pretty stable connection at 2401 Mbps, latency ~57 ms
Virtual Desktop, AV1 codec, VDXR+OC. Godlike, 90Hz, 200Mbps

Link cable (3 meter thunderbolt, measures about 2600Mbps in oculus app: ~ 88 fps, latency ~52 ms
Oculus app device setup: 90Hz @ 4128x2208
(NOTE: graphics quality seems worse using link cable, even though I seem to get slightly higher fps).

ED settings:
Quality:
Texture Q: High
Text. filter quality: anis. x16
Dir./spot shadow Q: medium
bloom / Blur: off
A.A.: FXAA

on foot almost all the way down.

Here's what I run:

SteamVR (driver level) settings:
Video - 450%
Elite Dangerous - 450%

ED settings:
Model Draw Distance: Maxed

Text. filter quality: anis. x16
Dir./spot shadow Q: both are medium
bloom / Blur: both are off
A.A.: MLAAx4 (NVIDIA)
SuperSampling: x0.5 (In ship 0.5 / On foot 0.75 or 1.0)
upscaling: Normal
A. Occlusion: off
Env. Q.: Medium
FX Q: High (I like the smoke trails.)
Part.fx Q: Low (THIS KILLs PERFORMANCE)
Depth Of Field: off (You ARE the field of depth)
Mat. Q: Ultra
HMD Q: x0.75 (in ship 0.75 / on-foot 0.5)
Glxy Map Q: Medium (This kills performance)
Terrain settings: High, High, maxed, Ultra, Ultra, on
Jet cone: Ultra
Volumetric: Ultra
Field of view: Maxed
on foot field of view: min

There are other settings you can play with at the driver level. There are too many to list, but with a good search, you can find them.

I try to keep my FPS at 90Hz. In most cases, it locks in well or I can go as low as 80Hz and won't get sick (unless I drive too fast on a rocky body.)
