PvP You're Going To Need A Bigger Boat (Nomads 3v1 Fail)

I was cruising around a RES with a bounty looking to see who might try to collect when I was attacked by a Nomad wing of three (they're currently one of the largest & most competent PVP groups). I almost always stay and fight wings to the death while on my own for fun and practice, but this time I spotted a real chance to take one of them down with me. :D

There's history in this case. Nomads have been repeatedly ganking me off and on with full wings for months, "courtesy of Lord Sundank" - a reference to an SDC leader apparently still salty about my sudden exit from the group over a year ago. They brought just one less this time, and it evened the odds enough to make them think twice about sending less than four next time.

Thanks! A bit of luck was also on my side - if I hadn't hit that 2km+ shot at 6:26 (taking him down from 12% to 7%) I wouldn't have gotten the kill.
