From Cycle 17 onward, we in the Torval Strategy Team will attempt to mirror our strategies between Reddit and the Forums. The Reddit post is updated more frequently, daily between 24th to 30 of September, usually at around 7-9 UCT and increasingly frequent closer to the end of the cycle.

Cycle 17 begins and we have climbed to position 7. Like previous cycle we have a good chunk of CC to spend. Warwa is now ours... no surprise there. But funny enough our 5th column attack "Karbudj" failed, even though it was in top of our preparations. Unfortunately we got Mandhrithar which belongs to an independent Group. We will not expand there and they are allowed to opposed that expansion with our blessings.
FORTIFICATION PLAN
We want large haulers (400>) to put systems with lower current % in priority and smaller haulers (<200) to put systems with higher current % in priority.
By order of priority. 58614 commodities to go.Haroingori (Fortified!)
