All,

I am pledged to ZT. I make a good deal of money trading imperial slaves and other commodities, and I do my bit for powerplay. Why then did ZT sink in rankings twice in a row. I know we are still much better off than ALD who is on the verge of collapse, but why are we not growing?

I am most certainly not. I am about making money, and the way I see it ZT is the best person with whom to be aligned with that goal in mind. I am not saying go expand to the point of collapse (like ALD) but how we went from 3 to 2 to 4 is just beyond me.

Lets start by getting Jamariges under our control!

What to do

CC is received from systems under the control of a power.
The bigger the population of a system, the greater the amount of CC can be exploited from it.
A control system automatically collects CC income from all nearby systems within a 15 light year radius.
These systems become exploited systems.

Every cycle a power must pay CC upkeep to maintain control systems.
The amount of upkeep is directly related to the distance a control system is from the power’s home system.
The further away a control system is the greater the upkeep required to maintain it.
Once a system has been expanded into, supporters may fortify it to reduce its drain on the power’s CC reserves.
