Zen and the Art of Grinding. - how a trading hater had an epiphany.

That pretty much describes my whole Elite Dangerous experience, whether I'm exploring or mooching around looking for bounties or doing the occasional courier run because it's on my way anyway. It's why I don't get people complaining that there's nothing to do. I don't need more to do when doing nothing keeps making me so happy. I'm 60+ hours in and I've basically done nothing at all. I've got virtually everything left to try, but every night I log in and do none of it. I'm a professional spacebum.

I'll always play Open though, even when I eventually start trading. I tend to stick to the unfashionable outer spirals of the galaxy, which is the same zen-like existence only with the occasional moments of coffee spewing, toast crumb scattering, get-your-feet-off-the-console panic.

I once got interdicted while I was in the kitchen. I nearly tripped over the cat.

Ha ha..beatifull!
