My home station used to only have Colonia support missions. I checked again today after the patch and it now says 0 support missions available. Are these missions only available in certain stations or is this a bug? I would like to be able to do these missions from and for my station of preference but it seems I'm being forced to work out of another station. Any guidance on what to look for so I'm not aimlessly flying from system to system would be greatly appreciated.

Find a system that has factions in a negative state; visit the settlement to check it's inactive. Check the stations in that system and any systems within 20ly to find missions for that system. I know @Factabulous can be more specific than I about this so they might be able to help more.
