So I was thinking...
In Cities Skylines, you can "paint" districts and name them. I was thinking that on the map (not the expedition or switching islands one), you could do that to label your Enclosures, and have a sub-area where you list the species and number of dinosaurs that reside, so if/when a massive breach occurs, you can remember where they go. Maybe if there's one missing, there could be a little red icon for it at the top, like for other alerts.
I see the districting working in 2 possible ways.
1.) You paint it on with a brush tool and try to fill the enclosure as best you can, like in CS.
2.) There is a sort of... Basically the bucket tool from MSPaint that can fill completed enclosures, and then you can label and edit it.
I don't know, I personally would like it, as my sandbox park has over 150 Individual dinosaurs and it's really easy to lose track of who belongs where.

PS. I wasn't sure how to label this post so I just added them all.
