Greetings,
I have two Xbox ones, two accounts, and am able to play all other games online but zoo tycoon purchased last night. All online functions including starting a coop game result in an error indicating the servers are down. I have opened a case with Microsoft support who have no indication of a problem on their end ( reference# 1346406108) and have been told I will be contacted within 48 hours. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both consoles, restarted both consoles, deleted save games, opened NAT and other ports on one Xbox one in the router settings. Please advise as to what I can do or if this is a known issue being worked on.
