Zoo will now not load

hi anyone know how i can resolve this basically my franchise zoo has stopped loading its not that big 3 habs however many hours and detail in it and its just stopped loading not very happy at all in fact its enough to me me completly give up[ on the game. cant see it having been anything I done and other saves load ok so haven't a clue anyone able to help ?

Try verifying the steam files. Always a good first step

Yeah I've done all that mate no joy at all, I see others have started having the same problem after the last update there.

If all else fails,and the above suggestions doesn't solve your problem, you can delete the most recent save of the Franchise zoo and use the next previous save. But I would definitely try bsjodin's suggestion first and see if that solves the issue.

I just commented on someone else's post their save was crashing. I had a similar issue as you my zoo would go to the load screen and then crash. I lost everything unfortunately. Corrupt files and crashing seems to be a common occurance

I've had some problems with crashes after the last update, too, right after loading my zoo.
What sometimes helps: either the auto save or my manual save seems to work if the other doesn't, so try loading each one and see if it works. Then I can load whichever save is the most recent (if necessary) from the in game menu and it works.
