Zoom to Mouse Pointer Option for Camera?

Forgive me if there is already an option like this but..

When enabled, the above option (when using mouse wheel) would zoom in to wherever the mouse pointer is placed on the screen...

Is the above option in the game already?

If so, where do I enable it?!

Yes! Already in game

Select it in the Camera settings - under mouse zoom options
