I'd buy that ship. I think a lot of people would. Zorgon-Peterson ships have an aesthetic I really like, I'd love to see more of them in the game.
Also I love the sound of their engines.

There was a Puma Clipper, it's payload in Elite II was 825T, then you had the Panther Clipper (The one that's had ED concept art done) that had a payload of 2100T, also, the Panther has slightly more crew, but the rest was the same.

We need to see more variety in the ships being offered indeed. While the Type-10, Chieftan and Krait are all welcome additions, I'd love to see more sleek ships from ZP and even Gutemaya introduced, not just specific roles but multiroles.
Always loved the Adder (which has always been underrated), was never really fond of the Hauler and haven't really played with the FDL much, but I'll likely get one just to check it out.
The wide majority of ships are blocky geometrical designs, although that seems to be toning down a bit. It's not about "aerodynamics", but rather smooth and sleek design.
Would also very much welcome some Exploration-specific ships. We've got tons of combat and cargo ships already.

I kind of think that the A-Wing fighter from Star Wars is pretty close to a fit for the ZP aesthetic
They certainly have some of the best ship designers out there! The FDL is one of the coolest looking space ships I have seen anywhere, period.

If anyone told me back in 2016 that the two newest ships added to the game in 2017/early 2018 were BOTH going to come from Lakon I would have just called you nuts for suggesting what many would consider the least likely choice!

Good, maybe if the ship are an FDL "parent" they put efforts to do a really usefull combat ship like the FDL /TonsOfSalt.
Im really exited to see a large combat ship with the "features" of the FDL:
2 more utilitys above the avarage on the base class (4 for all the anothers and 6 on FDL) - So in the large one will be 10 instead of 8.
Huge shield, Speed, Light armor and bulks, better hardness - even better than the Chiefftain - of the medium class (70 HRD) -huge turn rates.
Also: an amazing hardpoint placement...

@Poseidal Those were added by the people that done the re-write for the arcimedes, so FD would have to get the rights to use them as I suspect that would be a big pain. FD designer's should be able to give us some other nice ZP ships, afterall they gave us the Adder and FDL
