And I just expected more.
After reading the list of improvements and fixes shown, I feel that it would have been more suitable for a 13.x type update, than a 14.
It seems that all (almost all) of the resources have been devoted to the new Thargoid narrative. After that I read the traditional list of bug fixes and improvements, but even that list is insufficient and incomplete, taking into account the long list of fixes and improvements that the game needed up to now.
Although I don't know the content of the Thargoid narrative (I assume it will be fantastic), I understand that whatever it offers us, its development has consumed almost 100% of the resources that FD had for this update. Which leaves me with a bitter taste. Just to name a few things I was expecting:
There are many more things I could cite, but I think the numbered ones get the point. Again, this update leads me to suspect that FD doesn't take this product called EDO too seriously and that the updates are little more than excuses to keep their fanatical customers happy and keep the lights on in the business.

- There is no new ship. None.
- There are no new weapons. Neither for the ship, nor for combat on foot.
- There are no substantive improvements or changes that improve all the hell related to engineers.
- No bug fixes for the most basic foot missions preventing them from being completed. This happens to me over and over again and it is extremely frustrating.
