Is it true that Frontier is for sale?

The news is being broadcast on various YouTube channels.

That could explain the apparent laziness and lack of interest on the part of Fdev when it comes to improving EDO. If true, it would not be incompetence that was the reason for this development disaster, but the poor state of their accounts and the company in general.

Does anyone know anything else?

A quick look through financial markets indicate no news, youtube is not a valid news site, not only that, you haven't even provided a link to said youtube videos where this is being broadcast. If it was happening youtube wouldn't be the first place you would see it.

I am aware that YouTube is not a reliable source, which is why I used this forum. I thought that here I would find a more serious and reliable place to obtain real information about what is happening. From your answers here, I see that I was wrong.

This is all just speculation at best, I took the time to look up financial data and markets to see of there was any news around about this possibility, there is none, that's where you would find real information if there was any, why you think you would find it on a forum with a dedicated following of doomsayers beggars belief!

In fact: this whole ‘thread’ could have been avoided had OP done this research themselves.

Well f1 manager got reviewbombed / rejected...

Frontier did their trademark formula (good graphics + sound + mvp + no changes without new sale) on a mainstream ip and found themselves for the first time outside the padded walls of niche genre fans.

Did they ever do anything with that warhammer game? Its been great being away for a year and not having to rationalise why poor form should be considered as the highest praise and perfection.

In fact, I started that research by asking questions in the place that initially seemed most trustworthy: this forum.

But here they are, with few exceptions, quite violent and rude from the start, as if they were permanently on the defensive. Anyway, I wish you the best, health and peace.

There was another F1® 22 released 2 month prior. Both games have same 69% reviews on Steam, so i think it did good for F1 genre.

As for Warhammer 40k - Frontier bought the company that made that game. So Frontier is doing really good.
I hope they will aquire company behind Stranded Alien Dawn - cause the game is fun. Seem like it could become Frontiers next franchise, along Elite, Jurasic World, Warhammer 40k.

F1 and me have been drifting apart for years now. Its so focused on the north american audience that he english content is materially different from what i like to see these days. I haven't watched the sky commentary for years.. just the races.. which is a real tragedy since when sky first started it was absolutely amazing to get 4 hours of greatness. Its so shudder now. Its sad the official f1 shows on youtube are better than sky.

Oh the games? I own about 5 or 6 of the codemasters versions.. but they take alot of time investment. Would rather play space and fantasy.
