I went to launch my ship from the surface of a moon just now and when I pressed the key to launch, nothing happened. So I tried again and still no joy.
Then I noticed that the reason I couldn't launch was because I wasn't in the ship at all, but in the SRV.
I've done this before as well, so now I have both the t-shirt for this AND the baseball cap.

I have lost count of the number of times I went to board the SRV into the ship and instead found myself standing next to it. Does that qualify for a bobble-hat?
Had an extra day off work today. I finally purchased a Corvette for my alt account. I had all the materials ready to engineer it. All I had to do was fly around the engineers clicking buttons to engineer everything on it. I measured the time it took.

Then I aced a High CZ in about 16 minutes.
This means Quain can head into the black knowing the best ship for defending our player faction systems is still available.

surveying the worlds of 52 planets of RA today.stop on planet 11 E to explore the Bio diversity plant life. Sent ship away because some reason the DBS is now refuse to release the SRV from the docking bay.

yes,i jump into ravine. but it took a lot of courage and jet boosts to stay safe.

Ah, there's Stratum and jolly old Bacterium down there then. Also Aleoida and Tussocks around here somewhere.
I decided not to hang around in the Pro Eurls to check out nearby systems in the end, as the Outer Orion Spur was less than 1000 LY away, so thought I may as well go there as it's a region I've never visited before, so figured there's a good chance of getting quite a few salad Codex ones there. Also some first discoveries of systems as well (although I've already had quite a few of those on my way here.)
The only other region bordering the Inner Orion Spur I haven't so far visited is the Norma Expanse, but that one's a fair distance away so maybe I'll wait to get a fleet carrier first.

Someone hacked my Crusader? While I was patrolling the CNB in my home system. I noticed an mysterious entry appeared in my accepted mission list, it's to kill someone by scanning nav beacon at somewhere. Ok scanned the nav beacon, nothing happen.
But I saw a my home system was marked mission related in gal map, then I went back and scanned the CNB, still nothing happen... opened up DSCAN and found the planet near my home station was marked mission related, then I SC'ed there and finally found a ground mission signal...
So here I am~!
Nothing, no ships, no bad guys to kill except the structure...
I checked the comm log afterward, the mission was given by an unknown contact... scamming scum...

I've seen these kind of contracts popping up in my comms panel every once in a while, but never had one automatically accepted.
Now that sounds scary then, thargoid is hacking our ships!?
I wonder what company wrote the recall ship routines... Lakon? Zorgon? I need to have a word with their sysadmin as the AI seems to be getting worse everytime I want my ship back from orbit.
Aye, sometimes it lands somewhere close and suitable but other times, even when you're sitting in the SRV waiting for it in a large flat area, it will land some distance away on top of a bunch of rocks.
