I'm guessing it's because the armistice zone is broken and players can drug each other again. Guess they can drug NPCs too

I liked the thing about the broken racecars. Persistence in dev cycle is important and it reminded me of the presentation they made once when the buggy made contact with the ramp. Almost 50% are so high on copium they don't care if CIG don't deliver anything else, because its only nice if they do.
I call . I bet they would all be screaming blue murder if CIG declared they were putting SC into maintenance mode.
Given those choices i'd been in the 50% on that poll.
Not copium, somewhat apathy. More of "they are gonna do what they are going to do" and me getting ed and obsessed over it isnt going to change anything.
There is no point that id just refuse to play the game if it is "released" in 10 years and is good.
